NAPLES, Fla. (April 4, 2016) – Amy Nease, a sales executive with Mediterra Realty, was recognized as a 2015 Top Producer for Superior Sales in the over $10 million category (developer on-site sales) during the Top Producer and Annual Recognition Awards presented by the Women’s Council of Realtors, Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter.

Nease joined Mediterra Realty in December 2003 and is an award-winning real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience. She’s previously been recognized by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for her performance in the top 10 percent of the Southwest Florida market. Nease focuses her services in the Mediterra private golf and beach club community in Naples, Florida.

She has contributed to the sales of numerous private residential and model homes, including London Bay’s newest models in Mediterra – four of which sold prior to or shortly after completion but are available for viewing for a limited time.

“We are exceptionally proud of Amy and the sales team at Mediterra for their efforts to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience that has led to strong sales for the last 18 months,” said Mark Wilson, president of London Bay Homes which manages all new homes sales and marketing for Mediterra. “The lifestyle and camaraderie within the community coupled with designer-furnished model homes open for viewing place Mediterra at the top of the list for luxury homebuyers in Southwest Florida.”

A number of custom and model homes have recently been completed at Mediterra and others are in full construction mode as buyers are finding now is the time to buy. London Bay Homes currently has seven model homes open for viewing in Mediterra, priced from $1 million to $3.3 million.

The models demonstrate London Bay’s commitment to Private Label Living with luxury finishes and specialty flooring, ceiling and wall treatments. The floor plans feature spacious master suites, spa-like bathrooms and expansive alfresco areas to enjoy Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, complete with summer kitchens, custom pools and spas.

Mediterra is Naples’ nine-time Community of the Year award winner. The community is also internationally lauded as a Distinguished Emerald Club and currently ranked the No. 1 community in Florida by Best Retirement Destinations.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, featuring 36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed championship golf and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, offering an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

The 32,000-square-foot clubhouse features a main dining room, Club Lounge and kitchen, and alfresco dining options with an exposition kitchen and chef’s table. It also is a two-star Certified Green Restaurant, the nation’s first private residential community country club to earn the certification.

The club and Tavern on 18 offer relaxed and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. The outdoor Tavern features a fire pit and lounge area, and serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course. A new irrigation system was recently installed on the North Course. Additional improvements to the North Course’s driving range will be completed in fall 2016.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; and a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million.
