NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 19, 2016) – London Bay Homes is finalizing construction of the Belita, a luxury maintenance-free villa model in Lucarno at Mediterra. The three-bedroom model, featuring 3,738 square feet of interior living space, is scheduled to open for viewing in February 2016.

The Belita offers a study, formal dining room, a gourmet-inspired kitchen with a freestanding island breakfast bar and adjoining café, home office and second-floor loft.

The floor plan also features beamed ceilings in several rooms, a first-floor powder bath and storage under the staircase.

The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets and double French doors that open to a private patio off the pool deck. The suite’s bathroom features a separate tub and shower, a vanity with double sinks, and a private water closet.

The model’s two guest suites are located on the second floor and offer walk-in closets and private full baths. The second floor also has a loft and wet bar with under-counter refrigerator, and double doors leading to a Romeo and Juliet balcony.

Sliding doors in the living room and nook combine indoor and outdoor spaces and showcase views of the lakefront neighborhood as well as its alfresco living areas with outdoor kitchen and fire bowl-flanked pool and spa.

The Belita offers 5,308 total square feet, including covered living areas, an attached two-garage garage and a separate single-car garage.

The model is priced at $2,522,220.

London Bay Homes is the exclusive builder in Lucarno, a neighborhood reminiscent of a European village with its cobblestone streets, fountains and 71 lakefront villas. The neighborhood is located in Mediterra’s Garden Neighborhood adjacent to the Parterre Garden, the community’s largest neighborhood park with formal gardens, fountained lake views, sitting areas, and a large reflecting pond with decorative stone frog waterspouts.

Landscape and pool maintenance is included as part of the Lucarno homeowners’ association. The neighborhood is more than 60 percent sold out.

London Bay Homes, a leader in the Naples luxury home market for 25 years, was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company and its affiliates manage all new home sales and marketing for Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community and nine-time Community of the Year award winner.

All of the company’s homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million. The community is more than 95 percent sold out.

Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, ranked as one of the top private clubs in the world by BoardRoom magazine. The club features two world-class Tom Fazio-designed courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; and a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

The 32,000-square-foot clubhouse features a main dining room, Club Lounge and kitchen, and alfresco dining options with an exposition kitchen and chef’s table.

The club and Tavern on 18 offer formal and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. The outdoor Tavern features a fire pit and lounge area, and serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course. The North Course also recently completed work on the installation of a new irrigation system. Additional improvements to the North Course’s driving range will be completed in fall 2016.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.
