NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2016) – London Bay Homes has started construction of the Palmero, a luxury single-family villa model in Lucarno at Mediterra, Naples’ 10-time Community of the Year.
The newly introduced floor plan expands upon a popular villa design London Bay previously offered in Mediterra, and will feature nearly 3,950 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Additional features will include expansive outdoor living areas and a private alfresco shower off the master bath.
The single-story Palmero will have three bedrooms, a study, formal dining room and an open floor plan between its great room and kitchen. It will also offer three private full baths and a powder room.
Sliding glass doors in the great room and kitchen cafe emphasize the open floor plan and will lead to a large pool deck and covered outdoor kitchen, dining area and living room.
The Palmero will also have a custom pool with an oversized sun shelf and a raised spa floating within the pool. Outdoor finishes will be enhanced with a fire pit and a private fountained courtyard accessible from the master bathroom.
Interior finishes will include beamed ceilings in the great room, kitchen, foyer and dining room. The gourmet-inspired kitchen will feature a freestanding island with breakfast seating, an adjoining butler’s bar and a walk-in pantry.
The master suite will offer oversized dual walk-in closets, tray ceilings and a French door opening to a patio with a trellis overhead. The large bathroom will feature a private water closet, a vanity with dual sinks, freestanding bathtub, a double-entry shower and an outdoor shower within a walled courtyard.
Each guest room will have a private full bath.
The Palmero encompasses 5,601 total square feet, including a covered front porch, alfresco living and dining areas, a two-car garage, in addition to a detached one-car garage.
The fully furnished model is scheduled for completion in spring 2017.
