NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 20, 2015) – London Bay Homes’ new four-bedroom single-family Delfina model is now open for viewing in Mediterra, Naples’ nine-time Community of the Year award winner.

Featuring interior design by Romanza Interior Design and shown with a game room, pop-up TV hidden within room-dividing cabinetry and three-car garage, the model captures the elegant yet casual lifestyle of Mediterra with an emphasis on entertaining and indoor-outdoor living.

The Delfina has 4,329 square feet of living space, formal dining and living rooms and expansive outdoor gathering spaces, a covered verandah and a lanai with summer kitchen. The model also has a custom swimming pool, spa and fire pit.

Located in Mediterra’s Serata neighborhood, the model replaces the original Delfina, which sold within weeks of completion. It has a study, four full baths and a powder room.

The Delfina features hickory wood flooring, a palette of turquoise and magenta against neutral off-white, taupe and gray backgrounds, and a mix of stainless steel, gray pearl, antique pewter, weathered wood and glass furniture finishes. Custom millwork accents ceilings and walls throughout the model, and the living room offers built-in cabinetry to showcase art and accessories.

The pop-up TV is hidden in custom cabinetry between the game room and family room, which open into the kitchen and breakfast nook.

The kitchen features a freestanding oak island painted black with a light gray granite waterfall countertop, white perimeter cabinetry with gray granite counters, and a gray shell glass tile backsplash.

The wood flooring continues into the master bedroom, where the full suite offers connecting his-and-her walk-in closets and a bathroom featuring double vanities with a painted gray finish, marble countertops and serpentine-shaped glass tile backsplashes. The bath also offers a window-front tub and porcelain tile floor and shower.

One of London Bay Homes’ Reserve Collection floor plans at Mediterra, the Delfina offers 5,943 total square feet, including entry, three-car garage and covered outdoor living.

The model is priced at $3,122,960, fully furnished.

London Bay Homes is one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder in 2008 by Builder Magazine. London Bay and affiliates manage all new home sales and marketing for Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community.

All of the company’s homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million. The community is more than 95 percent sold out.

The 1,700-acre community offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, ranked as one of the top private clubs in the world by BoardRoom magazine. The Club features two world-class Tom Fazio-designed courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

The recent renovation at the 32,000-square-foot clubhouse updated the interior design of the main dining room, expanded the Club Lounge and kitchen, and introduced alfresco dining options, an exposition kitchen and chef’s table.

The Club and Tavern on 18 offer formal and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. Additional renovations to the tavern added a fire pit to the popular lounge, which serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra also is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

All of the community’s amenities are member-owned.

Mediterra’s master plan includes more than 1,000 acres dedicated to open space with golf, parks and nature preserves.
