Caminetto will offer 15 single-family homesites with views of nature preserves and fountained lakes within Mediterra’s Garden Neighborhood.
Three brand-new, luxury model homes are planned, and construction is expected to begin on the Carmela and Sonoma model homes in July, according to Mark Wilson, CEO and president of the Naples-based custom homebuilder.

Caminetto will formally open for sales this October.
