NAPLES, Fla. (March 14, 2016) – Seven luxury single-family estate and maintenance-free villa models are now open for viewing at Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community.

Built by London Bay Homes, the move-in ready models showcase the latest trends in architectural and interior design. Featuring interiors by Romanza Interior Design, the models include sophisticated and casual coastal influences captured in a palette of driftwood, sea and sunset tones.

The models demonstrate London Bay’s commitment to Private Label Living with luxury finishes and specialty flooring, ceiling and wall treatments. The floor plans feature spacious master suites, spa-like bathrooms and expansive alfresco areas to enjoy Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, complete with summer kitchens, custom pools and spas.

The models offer three and four bedrooms, 2,800 to 5,300 square feet of living space, and are priced from $1 million to $3.3 million. Four of the homes sold prior to or shortly after completion but are available for viewing for a limited time.

The three-bedroom, five-bath Cordoba is the most recent addition to Mediterra’s model portfolio – and the largest – with 5,300 square feet of living space. Located in Cortile, the Italian-influenced estate features a stone façade and overlooks a lake and golf course. It offers a study, rustic interior stone walls, a catering kitchen, and a second-floor billiards room.

In Serata, London Bay offers the four-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bath Delfina model. The home has 4,329 square feet of living space, formal dining and living rooms, and expansive outdoor gathering spaces featuring a covered verandah with a summer kitchen, custom swimming pool, spa and fire pit.

The Delfina showcases a transitional interior design with turquoise and magenta against neutral off-white, taupe and gray backgrounds. Additional interior features include a pop-up TV hidden within room-dividing cabinetry in the game room and a mix of stainless steel, gray pearl, antique pewter, weathered wood and glass furniture finishes. The home sold prior to completion but is open for viewing through April.

Five single-family villas also are open in Mediterra’s Garden Neighborhood adjacent to the Parterre Garden. The community’s largest neighborhood park includes formal gardens, fountained lake views, sitting areas, and a large reflecting pond with decorative stone frog waterspouts.

Three of the maintenance-free homes are located in Lucarno. Reminiscent of a European village with cobblestone streets and fountains, Lucarno offers 71 waterfront villas.

The recently completed three-bedroom Belita, which also sold prior to completion, offers 3,738 square feet of interior living space, a study, formal dining room and a large open living room flowing into the gourmet-inspired kitchen and adjoining café. The model’s second floor has two guest suites, a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator and loft leading to a Romeo and Juliet balcony. The model also offers a two-car attached garage and single-car detached garage. Its custom pool is flanked by two fire bowls at each end. The home is open for viewing through October, and was recently awarded Overall Excellence in Construction and Design in the $2 million to $2.5 million category during the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2016 Parade of Homes.

The four-bedroom Capriano offers a library, second-floor bonus room and 4,402 square feet. The home features a coastal-inspired interior design enhanced by wood floors, distressed wood finishes and a palette of bright blues, greens, yellows and tangerine. Its alfresco spaces showcase an award-winning outdoor fireplace, pool, spa and a large second-floor balcony and sundeck. The home sold on leaseback and is available for viewing through June.

The 3,380-square-foot Eloro taps into the charm of British Colonial design with a bright white- and linen-toned backdrop punctuated by accents of paprika, citrine and smoke. The three-bedroom model has an oversized great room, study and wine pantry. Architectural treatments include a painted tongue-and-groove and beamed ceiling.

In Cabreo, an intimate neighborhood overlooking lakes and nature preserves, the three-bedroom Bettina offers a den, dining room and great room within 3,102 square feet. Interior architectural embellishments include crown molding and columns. Additional elements include a sophisticated coastal design of turquoise, glass green and gray paired with softer hues of tan tile flooring, painted walls and light wood furniture. The home is currently open for viewing only through the end of March.

The three-bedroom Angelica features vibrant pops of burnt orange and crimson, oak-toned furnishings and a playful animal print area rug in the main living area. It has a den and great room within 2,810 square feet of living space.

London Bay Homes is the exclusive homebuilder in Lucarno and Cabreo and offers an array of options for buyers to customize their home by extending lanais and garages, adding bedrooms, dens or studies, and selecting indoor and outdoor fireplaces, summer kitchens, loggias, porticos and wine cabinets.

All of London Bay’s homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

A leader in the Naples luxury home market for 25 years, London Bay was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company and its affiliates manage all new home sales and marketing for Mediterra, Naples’ nine-time Community of the Year award winner. The community is also internationally lauded as a Distinguished Emerald Club and currently ranked the No. 1 community in Florida by Best Retirement Destinations.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, featuring 36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed championship golf and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, offering an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

The 32,000-square-foot clubhouse features a main dining room, Club Lounge and kitchen, and alfresco dining options with an exposition kitchen and chef’s table. It also is a two-star Certified Green Restaurant, the nation’s first private residential community country club to earn the certification.

The club and Tavern on 18 offer relaxed and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. The outdoor Tavern features a fire pit and lounge area, and serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course. A new irrigation system was recently installed on the North Course. Additional improvements to the North Course’s driving range will be completed in fall 2016.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; and a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million.
