NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 2, 2015) – The two-story Isabella model at Mediterra is now 50 percent complete, according to London Bay Homes, which is building the single-family estate in the sold-out Serata neighborhood.

London Bay’s Isabella Two-Story expands upon one of the builder’s popular floor plans, The Isabella, with the addition of a second story and a larger ground floor.

The home emphasizes indoor-outdoor living with sliding doors in the kitchen’s café area and a second-floor covered balcony overlooking the large outdoor living area. Outdoors, views of the lake are complimented by the expansive pool with sun shelf and six laminar jets, and a raised spa with spillway. Enhanced features include a concrete linear Corinthian-style fire table on the pool deck.

The Isabella Two-Story offers a formal dining room, study and café, summer kitchen, a large master suite, and an open great room plan. Interior features include arched hallway thresholds, a pyramid ceiling in the study, and art niches. Sliders are also incorporated into the study and great room.

The kitchen has a pantry cabinet and freestanding island breakfast bar with double sinks and a dishwasher.

The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets, and its bathroom features a shower with built-in seat, a U-shaped vanity with two sinks, a private water closet, and a soaking tub positioned under a window.

Each of the first-floor guest rooms has a walk-in closet and private full bath.

The second floor is being built with a loft, wet bar with refrigerator, a bedroom and a full bath.

Construction of the model already reveals its Mediterranean-style architecture accented with corbels, 12-inch projecting cornices, decorative medallions and banding. The entry tower will have three recesses inset with iron grills. The model also will feature impact-resistant exterior windows and doors and a columned pool cage.

The four-bedroom, five-bath Isabella Two-Story encompasses 6,225 total square feet and has a side-loading, three-car garage.

The model is expected to be completed in early 2016.

London Bay Homes has completed several single-family estate and luxury villa models in Mediterra during the summer and is nearing completion on two others. All models are open daily for viewing.

One of only two companies named America’s Best Builder in 2008 by Builder Magazine, London Bay Homes is a preferred builder in Serata. London Bay and affiliates manage all new home sales and marketing for Mediterra, a nine-time Community of the Year award winner.

All of the company’s homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million. The community is more than 95 percent sold out.

The community offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, ranked as one of the top private clubs in the world by BoardRoom magazine. The club features two world-class Tom Fazio-designed courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; and a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

The recent renovation at the 32,000-square-foot clubhouse updated the interior design of the main dining room, expanded the Club Lounge and kitchen, and introduced alfresco dining options, an exposition kitchen and chef’s table.

The club and Tavern on 18 offer formal and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. Additional renovations at the tavern added a fire pit to the popular lounge, which serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.
