NAPLES, Fla. (March 7, 2016) – London Bay Homes has reintroduced its popular two-story Cordoba model, a three-bedroom home with two full-size kitchens and architectural design reminiscent of a rustic estate in the Italian countryside.

The fully furnished single-family home, located in Mediterra’s Cortile neighborhood, has a stone façade, an intimate interior courtyard, walled entry courtyard and dramatic features: a circular rotunda foyer, interior stone and brick walls, and wood and beamed ceilings.

Featuring Italian-influenced interior design by Romanza Interior Design, the 5,300-square-foot home is accented with welcoming sunny yellow and tangerine colors.

The model has a secluded study, an extended great room, a formal dining room with wine cellar and a second-floor game room with a billiards table.

Large windows and sliding glass doors showcase lake and golf course views.

The Cordoba is designed for entertaining with large and intimate gathering areas inside and out. Its catering kitchen offers granite countertops and commercial grade appliances, including double ovens, warming drawers, extended countertops and a planning area.

In addition to the courtyard, the Cordoba also features an outdoor living room, fully equipped summer kitchen and a private pavilion adjacent to the custom pool with stepping stones leading to the spa.

The Cordoba offers 9,516 total square feet, including one- and two-car garages, entry and covered living areas. The model is priced at $3.3 million, fully furnished.

London Bay Homes, a leader in the Naples luxury home market for 25 years, was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company and its affiliates manage all new home sales and marketing for Mediterra, Naples’ nine-time Community of the Year award winner. The community is also internationally lauded as a Distinguished Emerald Club and currently ranked the No. 1 community in Florida by Best Retirement Destinations.

All of London Bay’s homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including The Club at Mediterra, featuring 36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed championship golf and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, offering an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

The 32,000-square-foot clubhouse features a main dining room, Club Lounge and kitchen, and alfresco dining options with an exposition kitchen and chef’s table. It also is a two-star Certified Green Restaurant, the nation’s first private residential community country club to earn the certification.

The club and Tavern on 18 offer relaxed and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. The outdoor Tavern features a fire pit and lounge area, and serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

The Club at Mediterra is halfway through a two-year, $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on the South Course. A new irrigation system was recently installed on the North Course. Additional improvements to the North Course’s driving range will be completed in fall 2016.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; and a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.

Additional home designs in Mediterra – a 2013 Aurora Award winner for Best Residential Development in the Southeast U.S. – include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from $1 million to more than $7 million.
