NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2014) – The fast-paced rate of sales in Mediterra means only 82 new homebuyers have the opportunity to select a homesite, build a home and become a neighbor in the 1,700-acre award-winnig community.

Mediterra offers new homes in seven of the community’s 21 neighborhoods, which are carefully planned within conservation areas, golf fairways and lakes.
Single-family neighborhoods with remaining inventory include Cortile, Serata, Verona and Il Cuore.
