Sales in Serata at Mediterra reach 75 percent

NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2014) – Serata, a neighborhood of 36 single-family lakefront estate homes at Mediterra, is 75 percent sold. London Bay Homes, which oversees sales and marketing at the 1,700-acre luxury golf and beach club community in Naples, announced that only seven homesites remain.

London Bay, one of the preferred homebuilders in the Serata neighborhood, offers more than a dozen three- to four-bedroom floor plans as part of its Reserve Collection. Homes feature large outdoor living and dining areas, studies or dens, formal dining rooms and 3,000 to more than 5,000 square feet of living space, each designed to showcase the neighborhood’s lakes and nature preserve views.

Home and homesite packages in Serata are priced from the $1 million.

Construction is currently underway on a new four-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath model home in Serata. The Delfina’s 4,432 square feet of living space includes a study, formal dining room, and three-car garage. The floor plan showcases London Bay’s signature kitchen with an oversized island, walk-in pantry, and architectural interior and exterior archways framing adjoining rooms and outdoor areas. Slated for completion in early 2014, the fully furnished home will feature interiors by Romanza Interior Design.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra community is the eight-time winner of the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year. Planned for 950 homes, Mediterra’s master plan includes more than 1,000 acres dedicated to open space with golf, parks and nature preserves. The community is 90 percent built out.
