When Dr. Robert Kiltz and Teah Hall decided to purchase a home in Southwest Florida, they searched throughout the area to find a home that suited their lifestyle and featured all of the custom home details they were seeking. Not finding anything they loved, their natural thought was to custom build their dream home. Hall enjoyed the fact that the home was already underway, but they were still able to make changes to the design and really customize it to what they wanted it to be.
