Prospective homeowners looking to build in Caminetto, or any of Mediterra Naples’ luxury neighborhoods, can choose from a plethora of fully-customizable floor plans, as well as create a luxury custom home utilizing the Naples custom home builder’s in-house team of designers or an architect of their choosing.  Our recent future residents opted for two of [Caminetto’s five new floor plans](https://blog.mediterranaples.com/london-bay-homes-introduces-5-new-home-design-plans-for-caminetto-in-mediterra-naples), The Pembrook and The Isabella Two-Story, but are working with London Bay Homes to customize and personalize the design to meet their individual needs.  Our third client opted for one of our luxury model homes, the stunning Carmela model home which seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings of Caminetto. ## Luxury Custom Homes ![Isabella 2 Story_MED_13_Front Dusk-1](https://blog.mediterranaples.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Website/2018/homes/Isabella%202%20Story_MED_13_Front%20Dusk-1.jpg?width=857&height=572&name=Isabella%202%20Story_MED_13_Front%20Dusk-1.jpg) Working with London Bay Homes’ award-winning, in-house team, as well as luxury partners in the Naples area, means our future residents will be able to modify the existing floor plans and choose all of the elements of their new home to achieve a space that is reflective of their style and personality.  Creating additional space, changing the layout, adjusting the proportions, adding or moving a wall, window, or door, adding more space and features to an outdoor living area, modifying or adding garage space, or just reconfiguring the floor plan to match personal needs are all viable options when you begin with a floor plan you like and then move forward with your customization.  The Pembrook starts as a 3,204-square-foot home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a private study.  It features an open concept design an adjoining great room, kitchen, and dining room. The master suite offers dual walk-in closets leading to the master bathroom with dual vanities and a freestanding soaking tub paired with a dual-entry glass enclosed shower. The Isabella Two-Story’s layout begins with 3,991 square feet and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as an adjoining great room, kitchen with a pantry, and café.  The floor plan also includes an expansive outdoor living space set against a beautiful Mediterra view, both of which can be seen from the sunset overlook just outside the loft on the second floor. London Bay Homes has already started the customization on The Pembrook and The Isabella Two-Story home designs to turn our clients’ visions into the blueprint of their dream homes.
