Mediterra is located in the beautiful and vibrant city of Naples, where there are many things to see and experience all year round.  From lounging on our award-winning beaches to dining in the very best restaurants, and so much more, it’s no wonder many of our friends from the north and beyond make their way to the [happiest and healthiest city in the U.S.](http://www.today.com/health/happiest-healthiest-city-u-s-t75171)

Once they arrive, they discover Mediterra, an award-winning luxury golf and beach community in North Naples with no more than 950 condos, villas, and single-family homes within its 1,697 acres.  Miles of walking and bicycling paths connect neighborhoods and parks, including Parque Celestial which highlights astrological elements for an intimate neighborhood park; Parterre Garden which offers formal, sculpted gardens for a serene environment ideal for a romantic picnic or an afternoon of reading; and Calusa Play Park which is an interactive children’s park with an active play area with grassy hills, play equipment, a basketball half court, and a story-telling circle with a raised seat-wall and low bonfire pit.  Members enjoy [36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed golf, a private Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, a Sports Club with a full calendar of fitness activities, tennis, and fine and casual dining at its elegant Clubhouse](https://mediterranaples.com/amenities-lifestyle/amenities/).  The Clubhouse employs a full professional staff that keeps everyone entertained with a regular schedule of unique activities.

You’ll find everything you need in the luxury home community of Mediterra, including beautiful [luxury custom homes](https://mediterranaples.com/our-homes/plans/) by [London Bay Homes](https://www.londonbay.com).  London Bay is a homebuilder with more than 25 years of experience in the industry and a signature Private Label Living process that will guide you to a dream home that reflects your distinctive tastes and unique personalities.  Available single-family estate and luxury villa home sites in the remaining six of 21 neighborhoods accommodate homes ranging from 2,800 square feet to more than 8,000 square feet.  [Model homes for sale are also available](https://mediterranaples.com/available-homes/move-in-ready-new-homes/).

These are just some of the reasons this luxury home community has received [three Distinguished Emerald Club Awards](https://blog.mediterranaples.com/three-times-a-winner-mediterra-receives-third-distinguished-emerald-club-award/), 10 awards for CBIA’s Community of the Year, the award for [No. 1 Community in Florida for retirees](https://blog.mediterranaples.com/mediterra-named-best-retirement-community-in-florida/) by Best Retirement Destinations, and so many more.  Discover your perfect community by [scheduling a tour of Mediterra](https://mediterranaples.com/contact-us/private-home-tour/) or by [downloading our brochure](https://mediterranaples.com/contact-us/view-brochure/).
