The [Angelica](https://mediterranaples.com/plan/angelica/) is one of villa home plans in [London Bay Homes’ newest villa neighborhood of Cabreo](https://mediterranaples.com/community/cabreo-at-mediterra/).  The maintenance-free villa home features 2,810 square feet under air with three bedrooms, plus a den, and three bathrooms.  Offered as a semi-furnished home, the Angelica features designer finishes throughout with designer furnishings added to the main living areas by [Romanza Interior Design](https://www.romanza.com/).  This design was provided to allow the future homeowner to design the more personal living space using their individual style. The main living area, including the great room, kitchen, and dining room, features burnt orange and crimson accessories, as well as oak furniture and a statement cheetah-themed rug in the living room. Of course, the highlight of the floor plan is its integration of indoor and outdoor living space to take full advantage of the aforementioned lake view.
