With this in mind, outdoor living has become a must-have and our recently opened [Capriano model home](https://mediterranaples.com/home/capriano-coming-soon/) is an exemplary place to stretch out and soak up the Florida sun. Ideally located in Lucarno at Mediterra, the Capriano sits abutting a beautiful backdrop of Italian gardens and a tranquil lake which provides the ultimate view from the spacious and clean-lined outdoor living area. This space, although peaceful, offers a picture perfect entertainment area with multiple seating and dining groups for outdoor entertaining, a summer kitchen for those winter nights when a grilled steak and a glass of wine tops off your day, an outdoor fireplace to snuggle up against when the wind chill is a little more than you’d expect, and a pool and spa for those days when winter doesn’t hold a candle to our Florida sun. If you’re on a solo mission for sunbathing or reading, you can always head to the second-floor balcony and sundeck for a heightened experience. Spread throughout the single-family home’s 4,402 square feet is a crisp, neutral design sprinkled with bright blues, greens, yellows, and hints of aqua and tangerine. Weathered wood blended with metal, mirrored, and silver finishes highlight the neutrality of the home’s finishes, while the colored accents add brightness to the space. This is evident in the airy and open Great Room that leads to the dining room where a trio of two-tiered antique-silver finished chandeliers brings both rooms together. The kitchen is found immediately behind the dining room and features a freestanding breakfast bar island, a walk-in pantry, and a built-in desk for a home office. Also adjacent to the kitchen is a library and a wine room. Both the wine room and the great room feature doors that open up to the outdoor living space. All four bedrooms in the home carry the coastal theme, but the most impressive is the Master Suite. In the homeowner’s coastal retreat, blues and greens are predominantly displayed in glass bowls, while an emerald fretwork chest, artwork, and emerald and blue-gray upholstery complement the look. Extending the metallic hues from the rest of the home are a dresser with a metallic antique pewter finish, a polished stainless steel poster bed with upholstered headboard, and an antiqued mirror side table. Other features of the room include his-and-her vanities with a dressing table for hers, a frameless shower, a white freestanding cast-iron tub set into a bay window, and a private water closet. Go up the stairs of this gorgeous villa home and you’ll find a bonus room with a lounge and TV area, a guest suite with rattan and weathered wood in the headboard, dresser, and side tables, a bathroom, and a morning kitchen/wet bar. The bonus room provides an entrance to the second floor balcony where you can sunbathe or lounge about to look at the stars. With the two-car garage, the detached one-car garage, covered entry, and outdoor living area, the Capriano offers 4,921 square feet. The exterior completes the look of the home with stacked stone accents, a front courtyard with a patina-washed bench, tumbled paver driveway, and Cascade blue garage doors and window frames that match the blue found in the interior French doors.
