The Bianca features three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,735 square feet under air. One of the highlights of this floor plan is the massive great room that opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area and a custom pool with a sun shelf and spa. Other features include an island kitchen with wine storage, a bonus room with a linear fireplace, a private study, and pocketing sliders that open to the outdoors. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The plan also includes a two-car garage and a one-car garage.
The Bianca’s interior design by Romanza Interior Design’s Luann Powers Gliwski provides it with a sense of relaxed luxury while conveying a feeling of exceptional livability. Her color palette includes warm neutral backgrounds with vibrant sapphire, topaz, and jade jewel-toned accents. The palette plays against wide-plank whitewashed wire brushed oak flooring. The walls and the ceiling in the Bianca’s welcoming foyer are covered with bronze-toned metallic grass cloth. Light bronze metal consoles with two-inch thick glass tops flank the symmetrically designed foyer. Art pieces set above each console introduce Gliwski’s use of vibrant jewel-toned accents. A coffered ceiling detail encompasses the entire length of the great room and pocketing sliders open the space to the outdoor living area.
In the kitchen, the island features a charcoal toned base cabinet with a horizontal grain topped by a light, neutral-toned natural stone counter surface with shades of silver and charcoal veining and sparkling mica chips. A pair of pewter finished pendants are suspended over the island. The perimeter cabinetry is presented in a neutral finish that coordinates with the wall color and Pompeii quartz countertops, while the backsplash has been fashioned with cream-toned 6 by 6-inch ceramic tiles.
The center of the bonus room’s feature wall is clad in stone and hosts a television and an electric fireplace. The center section is flanked by four niches, two on either side, that display collected items. A comfortable sofa is presented in a neutral textured fabric with teal accent pillows. Additional seating is provided by a pair of dove-toned ultra-suede side chairs. An ottoman with a leather top and a wooden base serves as the cocktail table. A metal solid cylindric end table is finished in a bronze color. The furniture grouping is anchored by a sheep’s skin area rug. A four-panel art piece in vibrant jewel tones provides a captivating memory point. Like the great room, the bonus room opens to the outdoor living area.
In the study, a clean-lined solid wood contemporary desk is finished in a dark charcoal tone. A linen-toned painted wood credenza is situated behind the desk. On the opposite wall, a console table features a metal base and a linen-toned wooden top. A unique art piece fashioned from 15 agate slices creates a beautiful display above the console. A teal finished side chair and a thick pile, heavily textured area rug complete the look.
The master suite features a more relaxed jewel-toned color pallet with soft gold bedding and bronze and teal accents. A niche on the headboard wall is finished with a stone textured wallpaper that provides a beautiful backdrop for a fully-upholstered bed with a light charcoal velvet finish. The headboard is detailed with biscuit tufting. Oversized nightstands and a dresser are presented in a soft matte-finished platinum tone. The master bath’s light grey stone finished porcelain tile flooring is carried into the walk-in shower. The walls are covered with white porcelain tile with a marble finish and shades of grey veining. A soft neutral-toned vanity cabinet is topped by a Pompeii quartz counter surface. The wall above the vanity is finished with platinum-toned mica chips.
A covered outdoor kitchen and dining area is situated just outside the bonus room. The grill wall features a stainless-steel hood flanked by laser-cut aluminum art panels, a base cabinet clad with porcelain tile, and a natural stone countertop. A 72-inch square dining table features a platinum finish with an inset glass top and seats eight. Gliwski has divided the conversation area off of the great room into two sections. At one end, a sectional sofa with Sunbrella fabric and faces a television. Beneath the television, a console is finished in a unique stone material with a faux bois texture. At the opposite end, a chat area is furnished with four fully-upholstered chairs and a rectangular cocktail table. The pool deck is finished with a natural stone material in shades of grey and cream. Cream and grey glass mosaic tiles provide an appealing accent at the pool’s waterline.
