London Bay Homes at Mediterra Naples wants to make it easy for Naples real estate agents to sell homes in our award-winning luxury home community, which is why we will host private events for local real estate offices to learn more about us. Just recently, we hosted Domain Realty at our beautiful Capriano model home in Lucarno, a maintenance-free luxury villa neighborhood in Mediterra.
More than 25 guests enjoyed a relaxing evening of cocktails and appetizers, as they mingled with fellow REALTORS® in our award-winning luxury home. The evening began with a brief introduction from Domain Realty’s Broker, who informed guests about London Bay Homes’ more than 25 years of experience building some of Southwest Florida’s finest luxury custom homes. Then, London Bay Homes’ REALTOR® Liaison/Concierge, Terri Speach, took over with another brief introduction, this time of Mediterra Naples’ knowledgeable and friendly Sales Executives, Lawrence Middleton and Lisa Groneman, as well as Doug Purcell, London Bay Homes’ expert Sales Executive for Portofino at Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club. REALTORS® didn’t have a chance for information overload as the evening quickly turned to one of enjoyment and relaxation. Guests were able to engage in conversation and explore the four-bedroom, four-bathroom Capriano model home at their leisure. The evening provided them with an opportunity to see the home that won the CBIA’s Overall Excellence in Construction and Design award in the $2,501,000-$3,000,00 price range, and take in the soft, contemporary interior design created by Romanza Interior Design’s Jennifer Stevens.
Throughout the evening, Naples real estate agents from Domain Realty were also able to chat with our Sales Executives and ask specific questions about Mediterra Naples or any one of our model homes or fully-customizable floor plans from Naples custom home builder, London Bay Homes. At the end of the evening, every REALTOR® left with an information packet, as well as an invitation to make an appointment at the Sales Center to receive an overview of Mediterra, tour the Club at Mediterra, and take in the breathtaking scenery in the 10-time award-winner for Community of the Year.
