One of their newest luxury model homes to achieve this goal is the stunning Sonoma, located in London Bay’s intimate enclave of Caminetto. [The Sonoma](https://blog.mediterranaples.com/plan/sonoma) is one of the first new model homes in the [Caminetto neighborhood](https://www.mediterranaples.com/community/caminetto) and it’s the only one with a two-story floor plan. The home itself features 4,421 square feet with four bedrooms, and an open floor plan comprising of a spacious great room, an adjoining gourmet-inspired kitchen, and dining room, which opens to an intimate covered terrace, as well as an outdoor living, dining, and kitchen area through zero-corner sliding glass doors. The luxury kitchen will offer a six-burner stove top, a built-in oven and microwave tower, and an oversized freestanding breakfast island with sink and dishwasher. A nearby space for an optional elevator can be used as a wine cellar, butler’s bar or pantry closet.  The lounge area on the second floor overlooks a beautiful, sparkling lake and nature preserve, as well as the custom pool with large sun shelf and spa.    The master suite is an oasis tucked away on one side of the house and features French double doors that lead to the pool patio.  Offering dual walk-in closets, the master suite’s bathroom will overlook the garden and offer a freestanding tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower and a double-sink vanity.  Slip outside the master bathroom and you’ll see a private garden shower. Two of the Sonoma’s guest rooms will be on the first floor and have private full baths and walk-in closets. The third bedroom will be on the second floor, which also will offer a large lounge area, a wet bar and a full bath. Exterior features will include coastal contemporary-inspired architecture accented with board-and-batten, lap siding, decorative brackets, multiple pitched roofs and large vertical windows with dark architectural mullions and casings. The Sonoma will offer 6,411 total square feet, including covered living areas, entry porch, two-car garage, and detached one-car garage.  Its exquisite design and flawless construction earned it the 2018 Overall Excellence in Construction and Design award in the $3,000,001-$3,500,000 price range.
