Naples offers a refreshing convergence of relaxation and vitality that naturally encourages a healthy mind, body and soul. Below are just a few wellness benefits to life in Naples and from within Mediterra, Naples' award-winning luxury golf and beach community. ## Mind: Country Club Living Mediterra residents are joined by a desire for luxury and convenience that naturally breeds a sense of community.  From standing weekly tee times to impromptu cocktails al fresco at the Private Beach Club, residents enjoy getting together with neighbors and friends to socialize. The community is designed to encourage residents to partake in activities easily and this often means enjoying activities together. The opportunity for constant mental stimulation encourages a fit and sharp mind. ## Body: Keeping Active Exercise is crucial to overall wellness and Mediterra's generous onsite [amenities](https://mediterranaples.com/amenities-lifestyle/amenities/) offer easy access to a full range of physical activities. Home to The Naples Players, Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and myriad of art galleries and museums, there are countless opportunities to feed one's soul with art, music and theatre. Spend hours searching for that perfect antique piece. Invite your neighbors to a lively dinner theatre performance. We have to admit that the area's white sand beaches and stunning sunsets aren't bad for the soul either. Wellness stems from taking care of yourself from the inside out.
