NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2015) – London Bay Homes recently announced the sale of its 35th homesite in Cortile at Mediterra, marking the neighborhood’s 75 percent sold milestone.

The Cortile neighborhood at Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community, offers a total of 46 villas and single-family estate homes overlooking lakes, nature preserves and four holes of Mediterra’s Tom Fazio-designed North and South courses.

London Bay’s popular maintenance-free neighborhood includes seven available single-family homesites. Four remaining villa homesites are planned for model homes: two currently are under construction as Girona models and will open for viewing in March.

The Girona – a three-bedroom, three-bath villa model – offers one of Cortile’s most popular floor plans. Encompassing 3,526 square feet, including a study and three-car garage, the fully furnished model homes will feature interiors by Romanza Interior Design. London Bay’s four previous Girona models at Mediterra have sold before or shortly after completion

Villa and single-family homes also are available in six additional neighborhoods at Mediterra. Available home designs are priced from the $900,000s to more than $7 million.

All London Bay Homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, such as the BEP Blue Barrier moisture barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.
