NAPLES, Fla. (Aug. 10, 2015) – London Bay Homes is wrapping up construction of the single-family Delfina model, a four-bedroom estate home in Mediterra’s sold-out Serata neighborhood.
Expected to open for viewing at the end of the month, the model replaces the original Delfina, which sold within weeks of completion.
The new model is being built with the home’s most popular features, including a game room, a fourth bedroom with pitched ceiling, and a pop-up TV hidden within custom cabinetry between the family and game rooms. The Delfina will also offer formal living and dining rooms, a study, four full baths and a powder room within 4,329 square feet of living space.
The model will feature a transitional interior design by Romanza Interior Design with random-length hickory wood flooring; a palette of turquoise and magenta against neutral off-white, taupe and gray backgrounds; and a mix of stainless steel, gray pearl, antique pewter, weathered wood and glass furniture finishes. Custom millwork will accent ceilings and walls throughout the home, and the living room will offer built-in cabinetry to showcase art and accessories.
The model will offer expansive outdoor living spaces, including a private patio off the master bedroom, a covered verandah and a lanai with summer kitchen. The home will also have a custom swimming pool, spa and fire pit.
The kitchen, which flows into the adjoining breakfast nook and family room, will offer a freestanding oak island painted black with a light gray granite waterfall countertop, white perimeter cabinetry with gray granite counters and a crystal cave gray shell linear glass tile backsplash.
Features in the master bedroom will include wood flooring and connecting his-and-her walk-in closets. The master bathroom will have double vanities with a painted dolphin gray finish, Bianco Raffello marble countertops, and serpentine-shaped glass tile backsplashes. The bath will also offer a window-front tub and Calcutta porcelain tile floor and shower.

The fully furnished model is priced at $3,122,960.
