NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 26, 2014) – London Bay Homes is building its second Delfina model home in Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community. The four-bedroom single-family estate model is now under construction in Serata, a neighborhood of 36 lakefront homes. It replaces the original Delfina model, which sold within weeks of completion.

The new model will showcase two of the Delfina’s floor plan options: a game room and a secluded cabana guest room. The home will feature interior design by Melissa Allen of Romanza Interior Design and is expected to be completed in April 2015.

The home design offers formal living and dining rooms, a family room, study, four full baths and a powder room within 4,329 square feet of living space. It also features expansive outdoor living spaces, including a private patio off the master bedroom, a covered verandah and lanai with summer kitchen.

The open floor plan merges kitchen, breakfast nook and family room into a large gathering space that flows into the adjoining game room and through zero-corner sliding doors to the outdoor living room. A gallery separates the foyer and dining room from the living room, which offers sliding glass doors to the verandah.

The outdoor area will include a summer kitchen, custom swimming pool and spa; indoors, the expansive kitchen has a freestanding breakfast island, a center island and walk-in pantry.

The master suite offers a dedicated sitting area in the bedroom and his-and-her walk-in closets. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower, a private water closet and dual vanities – hers with a built-in dressing table.

The Delfina also features tray and double-tray ceilings in select rooms, art niches, and bay windows in the dining room and study.

The first model, also featuring interior design by Romanza, sold within two months of completion. It was one of six furnished models that sold in early 2014 totaling more than $12 million.

The model is expected to be priced at just below $3 million.
