NAPLES, Fla. (Aug. 22, 2016) – London Bay Homes’ two new Capriano luxury single-family villa model homes are now 50 percent complete at Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community.
The award-winning and popular floor plan is being built in the maintenance-free neighborhoods of Lucarno and Cortile. Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design, both models are expected to open this fall and will replace London Bay Homes’ most recent Capriano model, which sold prior to completion in 2015 and recently received an Aurora Award for best custom home at the 2016 Southeast Building Conference.
The Capriano offers four bedrooms and features an open floor plan between great room, dining area and kitchen. Ideally designed for entertaining, the home’s great room showcases an adjoining wine bar and library with pocket sliding glass doors that open to expansive outdoor living, dining and kitchen areas. Second floor elements include a lounge, wet bar, and a guest suite with full bath and private balcony. Guest rooms in each model enjoy private seating areas in entry courtyards with fountains.
The Capriano model located in the Lucarno neighborhood will offer 4,402 square feet of living space and a great room featuring a linear fireplace. A trio of arches frame views of the custom pool and spa, a lake and Mediterra’s Parterre gardens.
The master suite features a bathroom with glass partitions that offer views of a private garden from the freestanding tub.
An open staircase with decorative railing ends at a wet bar positioned to serve a second-floor lounge and guest suite with balcony; a sun deck offers a bird’s eye view of the lake and gardens. The home is priced at $2,756,690.
The 4,493-square foot Capriano located in Cortile also showcases the floor plans connection with outdoor areas. Views from the great room include the custom pool’s cascading waterfall fountain and spa, nature preserves, fire pit and pergola adjacent to the pool deck. The second floor sun deck offers views of the pool and preserve.
Additional interior elements in the Capriano models include kitchens have freestanding breakfast bar islands, walk-in pantries, and home offices with built-in desks. Master suites offer combined walk-in closets and French doors opening to the pool courtyard. Bathrooms feature dual vanities, a tub set in a bay window, a separate shower and a private water closet.
The two models are among 15 homes open or currently under construction by London Bay Homes at Mediterra.
