London Bay Homes’ 2020 Model Home Showcase continues today at Mediterra, an award-winning gated golf course community located two miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.

Model homes by London Bay will be open for viewing from noon until 5:00 p.m.  Exotic cars from Naples Luxury Imports will be on display at each model.  The Model Home Showcase will continue next weekend, Saturday March 7th and Sunday March 8th.

London Bay is unveiling its newest model, the Martinique residence in Mediterra’s Lucarno neighborhood, during the Model Home Showcase event.  The Martinique is one of several new coastal inspired home design choices priced from the low-$900s London Bay has introduced in the Lucarno and Cabreo neighborhoods.  Homesites are available starting in the mid-$200s.  The new designs feature open-concept floor plans with spacious outdoor living areas that can include optional outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, custom pools, and spas.  Finish selections can be made at London Bay’s Selection Studio.

The furnished, 3,615 square feet under air Martinique model is priced at $2,219,500 furnished, including the homesite and an interior designed by Romanza Interior Design’s Luann Powers Gliwski.  The floor plan offers a four bedroom or three bedroom plus study residence with an adjoining great room, gourmet-inspired kitchen, a wine bar, and dining room, as well four bathrooms and a three-car garage.  The master suite features a walk-in closet plus a bathroom with a free-standing tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities.  The Martinique residence provides lakefront views.  The living area opens to a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and a custom-designed pool with a sun shelf and a spa.

Powers Gliwski has created a contemporary interior for the Martinique model.  Neutral taupe backgrounds are accented with charcoal, papaya, and blue sapphire tones.  The color palette plays against 18 by 36-inch format porcelain tile flooring featuring a natural stone finish.  Powers Gliwski has taken full advantage of the living area’s soaring 16-foot ceiling by creating an off-set niche on the great room’s feature wall that showcases a built-in cantilevered media console with a soft taupe finish and metallic accents.  The wall covering in the niche is a metallic woven grass cloth.  A drywalled shelf above the niche emphasizes the height of the room.  Clear story windows above the pocketing slider that opens to the lanai provide additional natural light.  Clear story windows are also set above two ten-foot windows in the dining room that features a soft white painted console between the windows, a slate-toned dining table that seats eight and a linear chandelier with a brushed metal finish.  The kitchen includes a charcoal-toned island base cabinet, cream finished perimeter cabinetry, and London grey Caesar stone countertops.  A white lacquer credenza serves as a dry bar.

The staged Devonshire model in Cabreo is also being featured during the Model Home Showcase.

Priced at $1,690,700 including the homesite, the Devonshire offers 2,988 square feet under air with features and finishes selected by the Selection Studio team.  With an open concept living area that includes a great room, an island kitchen, wine storage, and a dining room, the Devonshire is designed for entertaining.  The living area opens to an outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen, and a custom designed pool with a sun shelf and spa.  The Devonshire features three bedrooms, a study, three baths plus a pool bath that serves both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and a three-car garage.

The Devonshire’s interior style is coastal contemporary.  The color palette includes neutral taupe tones with soft blue accents.  The foyer features porcelain wood-look tile flooring in a herringbone pattern, a stylish chandelier, and space to display a console or artwork.  In the great room, the porcelain flooring is set in long planks that lead the eye outside.  The great room’s twelve-and-half-foot ceiling is finished with a dropped detail with three framed sections.  White molding details against a smooth drywall background create a memory point on the feature wall.

The white perimeter cabinetry in the kitchen is presented in a clean-lined Shaker style.  The island base is finished in a painted gun metal blue tone. Fantasy Brown granite countertops with a leathered finish are featured on the island and perimeter.  A backsplash fashioned with horizontal white subway tile continues the clean look.  The appliance package features GE Monogram paneled appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator freezer and dishwasher, and a glass-front undercounter wine chiller.  The open dining room offers a view of the outdoor area and has space to feature a console between two windows.  A frosted metal chandelier is hung over the dining table.  The study includes a double-coffered ceiling.

London Bay’s furnished Pembrook model in Mediterra’s Caminetto neighborhood is also being featured during the Model Home Showcase event.  Priced at $2,697,000 with furnishings, the 3,527 square feet under air Pembrook features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a study, bonus room, a spacious great room, island kitchen, and dining area, an outdoor living area with extended dining and conversation spaces, an outdoor kitchen, and a custom pool and spa, and a three-car garage.  The great room, dining area, and bonus room all feature pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area.  The plan also includes a three-car garage.

The Pembrook model showcases an interior by Romanza Interior Design’s Luann Powers Gliwski.  Her design incorporates warm metallics and a neutral color palette with sapphire blue, amber, and cream accents.   The flooring is a large format porcelain tile with a travertine look.  Coffered ceiling details are found throughout the home.  Powers Gliwski has finished two niches in the foyer with a floor to ceiling natural pearl wall covering.  Down lighting accents the texture of the natural pearl material.  The feature wall in the great room presents a floating drywall detail with multiple niches for a television, artwork, and accessories.  The niches are finished with a bronze colored wall covering.  Furnishings include a sectional sofa in an amber colored chenille fabric.  The kitchen cabinetry has a warm neutral finish that plays beautifully against Pompeii quartz countertops.  The oversized island features a two-inch wide counter surface.  A wet bar in the kitchen includes a wine chiller and a refrigerator.  Two of the walls in the bonus room have zero corner pocketing sliders that open the room to the outdoors.  The back wall of the room features a modular sofa, as well as a niche with a large-scale textured grass cloth wall covering in a blond-tone with metallic accents.  Multiple art selections are displayed against the wall covering.  Furnishings in the study include a linen-toned credenza with brass hardware, a media console and desk finished with dark wood and brass metal accents, a desk chair with blond-colored linen fabric and wood accents that coordinate with the desk and console, and an accent chair with cream chenille.
