Four beautifully designed and furnished model residences are being featured during London Bay Homes’ Spring 2019 Model Home Showcase that continues today at Mediterra, a 1,697-acre gated community located two-miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.
The models will be open for viewing and purchase today from noon to 5:00 p.m. The Model Home Showcase will continue over the next three weekends with the models open for viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Homesites showcasing water and preserve views are also available. Purchasers of homes by London Bay are eligible to secure a full golf membership immediately rather than being placed on the membership waiting list as a Limited Golf Member. London Bay manages all new home construction sales and marketing for Mediterra.
London Bay’s models feature Coastal-influenced architectural styles and open-concept interiors designed by Romanza Interior Design. Custom pools and outdoor living areas by London Bay overlook Mediterra’s lakes and preserves. The models are situated in new neighborhoods introduced by London Bay that present luxurious single-family villa and estate homes. Two furnished models were sold during London Bay’s 2019 Winter Model Home Showcase event.
The single-story Clara model is being showcased in London Bay’s Cabreo neighborhood that presents maintenance-free single-family luxury villas ranging from 2,800 to 3,200 square feet under air and priced from $1 million. Priced at $1,895,000 with furnishings, the 3,369 square feet under air, three-bedroom plus den, three-and-one-half bath Clara offers the largest floor plan in Cabreo and emphasizes an indoor-outdoor connection with sliding glass doors in the kitchen, family room, and living room that open to an alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen, a custom pool with a sun shelf and bench, and a raised spa with a spillover. Model Home Showcase guests are encouraged to visit the Mediterra Sales Center to learn about new floor plan choices London Bay will be introducing in the Cabreo and Lucarno neighborhoods. A Sales Executive will also provide an overview of Mediterra’s award-winning lifestyle and its array of world-class amenities. Mediterra’s European Chic-style clubhouse is a favored gathering place. Phase I of a two-phase 24,000 square-foot clubhouse expansion has been completed. In addition, 7,000 square feet of existing clubhouse space will be enhanced as part of the initiative that is being undertaken without a member assessment.
