London Bay Homes’ 2020 Model Home Showcase continues today at Mediterra, an award-winning gated golf course community located two miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.

Model homes by London Bay will be open for viewing from noon until 5:00 p.m.  Exotic cars from Naples Luxury Imports will be on display at each model.  The Model Home Showcase will continue next weekend, Saturday February 29th and Sunday March 1st, and the weekend of Saturday March 7th and Sunday March 8th

Founded in 1990 and now celebrating its 30th anniversary, London Bay is providing luxury homebuyers with an array of new home choices at Mediterra.  Purchasers of homes by London Bay are eligible to secure a full golf membership at Mediterra immediately rather than being placed on the membership waiting list as a Limited Golf Member.  London Bay manages all new home construction sales and marketing for Mediterra.

London Bay’s furnished Pembrook model in Mediterra’s Caminetto neighborhood will be featured during the Model Home Showcase.  Priced at $2,697,000 with furnishings, the 3,527 square feet under air Pembrook features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a study, bonus room, a spacious great room, island kitchen, and dining area, an outdoor living area with extended dining and conversation spaces, an outdoor kitchen, and a custom pool and spa, and a three-car garage.  The great room, dining area, and bonus room all feature pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area.  The plan also includes a three-car garage.

The Pembrook model showcases an interior by Romanza Interior Design’s Luann Powers Gliwski.  Her design incorporates warm metallics and a neutral color palette with sapphire blue, amber, and cream accents.   The flooring is a large format porcelain tile with a travertine look.  Coffered ceiling details are found throughout the home.  Powers Gliwski has finished two niches in the foyer with a floor to ceiling natural pearl wall covering.  Down lighting accents the texture of the natural pearl material.

The feature wall in the great room presents a floating drywall detail with multiple niches for a television, artwork, and accessories.  The niches are finished with a bronze colored wall covering.  Furnishings include a sectional sofa in an amber colored chenille fabric.  An accent chair by Thayer Cogin features a metal frame with a bronze finish and creamy chenille fabric.  An oversized bronze and black square cocktail table and a coordinating sofa table complete the look.

The kitchen cabinetry has a warm neutral finish that plays beautifully against Pompeii quartz countertops.  The oversized island features a two-inch wide counter surface.  Barstools at the island include a metal base, bronze leather upholstery, and walnut wood accents.  Three pendant lights above the island are finished with pewter and bronze accents.  The backsplash is one-inch by four-inch stacked ocean blue travertine tile.  A wet bar in the kitchen includes a wine chiller and a refrigerator.  The dining area’s square table is finished in a metallic pewter tone with a textured bronze base and seats eight.  The dining chairs have a matching metallic pewter finish with wood accents on the backs and the arms and a creamy chenille fabric.

Two of the walls in the bonus room have zero corner pocketing sliders that open the room to the outdoors.  The back wall of the room features a modular sofa, as well as a niche with a large-scale textured grass cloth wall covering in a blond-tone with metallic accents.  Multiple art selections are displayed against the wall covering.  A sculptural cocktail table, an accent chair with a neutral micro-suede finish, a media cabinet finished in a metallic pewter, and an area rug with blue and blond accents complete the look.  Furnishings in the study include a linen-toned credenza with brass hardware, a media console and desk finished with dark wood and brass metal accents, a desk chair with blond-colored linen fabric and wood accents that coordinate with the desk and console, an accent chair with cream chenille fabric featuring flecks of metallic gold, silver, and bronze,  an abstract patterned area rug in various neutral shades, and a tryptic art piece depicting a beach scene.

The staged Devonshire model in the Cabreo neighborhood is also being featured during the Model Home Showcase.  The Devonshire is one of several new coastal inspired home design choices priced from the low-$900s London Bay has introduced in Mediterra’s Cabreo and Lucarno neighborhoods, a gated community located two-miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.  Homesites are available starting in the mid-$200s.  The new designs feature open-concept floor plans with spacious outdoor living areas that can include optional outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, custom pools, and spas.  Finish selections can be made at London Bay’s Selection Studio.

Priced at $1,690,700 including the homesite, the staged Devonshire residence offers 2,988 square feet under air with features and finishes selected by the Selection Studio team.  With an open concept living area that includes a great room, an island kitchen, wine storage, and a dining room, the Devonshire is designed for entertaining.  The living area opens to an outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen, and a custom designed pool with a sun shelf and spa.  The Devonshire features three bedrooms, a study, three baths plus a pool bath that serves both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and a three-car garage.

The Devonshire’s interior style is coastal contemporary.  The color palette includes neutral taupe tones with soft blue accents.  The foyer features porcelain wood-look tile flooring in a herringbone pattern, a stylish chandelier, and space to display a console or artwork.  In the great room, the porcelain flooring is set in long planks that lead the eye outside.  The great room’s twelve-and-half-foot ceiling is finished with a dropped detail with three framed sections.  White molding details against a smooth drywall background create a memory point on the feature wall.

The white perimeter cabinetry in the kitchen is presented in a clean-lined Shaker style.  The island base is finished in a painted gun metal blue tone. Fantasy Brown granite countertops with a leathered finish are featured on the island and perimeter.  A backsplash fashioned with horizontal white subway tile continues the clean look.  The appliance package features GE Monogram paneled appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator freezer and dishwasher, and a glass-front undercounter wine chiller.  The open dining room offers a view of the outdoor area and has room to feature a console between two windows.  A frosted metal chandelier is hung over the dining table.  The study includes a double-coffered ceiling.

A double-coffered ceiling detail in the bedroom continues the ceiling treatments found throughout the home.  The headboard wall includes applied molding details presented in a coastal contemporary look.  A double door opens to a private covered terrace.  The space also features a modern matte black and brushed nickel chandelier.

The outdoor kitchen includes granite counter surfaces, a stainless-steel hood over an al fresco artisan grill, a prep sink and faucet, and stainless-steel storage spaces.  Titanium silver pavered flooring in a herringbone pattern and a soldier course perimeter detail contribute to the outdoor living area’s comfortable ambiance.  The pool features a deep blue finish while the spa tile will be done in an Emerald Ice mosaic tile.
