A bench on caster legs is upholstered in a tweed-like fabric. The tray ceiling is accented with painted crown and applied moldings and the four-light chandelier ceiling fan combines wrought iron and a chestnut wood finish.

Pearl-gray porcelain flooring continues into the master bathroom, which offers a large soaking tub and shower with a hand-held sprayer. The adjoining dining room has a round wood table with splayed legs and the blocked pattern of its six upholstered chairs introduce aqua, sage green and gray. A six-light chandelier with a washed wood finish hangs from the circular form within a beamed ceiling.
Floor-to-ceiling flat-panel shaker-style cabinetry in the eat-in kitchen is stained dark brown and complemented by white quartz countertops. An extended island provides seating for four at bar chairs upholstered in a saddle-hued fabric and accented with nail-head trim. The three lights of the pendants above have a historic nickel finish and resemble lanterns.
The kitchen offers an urban putty-hued gloss ceramic backsplash and GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, including a dual-fuel six-burner range, wall oven, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator.
The adjacent family room features gray upholstered sofas with classic styling. Accent tables have a rustic wood finish, a TV credenza features a textural fluted front, and the cocktail table provides storage underneath for an ottoman upholstered in the same color as the kitchen’s bar chairs. A dark woven chair adds a touch of the tropics and patterned cushions continue the tones of gray, aqua and sage. The room also has two wall sconces with a bronze-leaf finish and hardback linen shades, and its ceiling is embellished with painted crown molding.
