London Bay Homes’ Spring 2019 Model Home Showcase ends today at Mediterra, a 1,697-acre gated community located two-miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.
Four furnished models will be open for viewing today from noon to 5:00 p.m. Homesites showcasing water and preserve views are also available. Exotic vehicles from Naples Luxury Imports will be on display. Purchasers of homes by London Bay are eligible to secure a full golf membership immediately rather than being placed on the membership waiting list as a Limited Golf Member. London Bay manages all new home construction sales and marketing for Mediterra.
London Bay’s models feature Coastal-influenced architectural styles and open-concept interiors designed by Romanza Interior Design. Custom pools and outdoor living areas by London Bay overlook Mediterra’s lakes and preserves. The models are situated in new neighborhoods introduced by London Bay that present luxurious single-family villa and estate homes. Two furnished models were sold during London Bay’s 2019 Winter Model Home Showcase event.
The previously sold Clara model is being showcased in London Bay’s Cabreo neighborhood that presents maintenance-free single-family luxury villas ranging from 2,800 to 3,200 square feet under air and priced from $1 million. The 3,369 square feet under air, three-bedroom plus den, three-and-one-half bath Clara offers the largest floor plan in Cabreo and emphasizes an indoor-outdoor connection with sliding glass doors in the kitchen, family room, and living room that open to an alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen, a custom pool with a sun shelf and bench, and a raised spa with a spillover. London Bay has introduced new contemporary open-concept floor plan and elevation choices in Mediterra’s Cabreo and Lucarno neighborhoods. The new plans reflect London Bay’s commitment to Private Label Living and are priced from the high-$800s with homesites starting in the mid-$200s. Finish selections can be made at London Bay’s Selection Studio that presents the latest design trends in the building industry.
Five new open-concept floor plan choices ranging from 2,894 to 3,048 square feet under air are available in Cabreo, a neighborhood that presents maintenance-free single-family luxury villas. Homesites on the neighborhood’s single-loaded streetscape measure 65 to 70 feet by approximately 145 feet and offer lake and nature preserve views. One of London Bay’s newest villa neighborhoods, Cabreo is situated adjacent to Mediterra’s landscaped walking trails and within comfortable walking distance of the community’s extravagant gardens.
The new contemporary single-story home choices in Cabreo feature attractive covered entries, wide foyers, spacious great rooms, island kitchens, and dining areas, a study, three or four bedrooms, three bathrooms, master suites with large walk-in closets and elegant baths, and three-car garages. One of the plans, the Langston, offers a formal dining room in lieu of the study. Each of the plans can include an optional pool bath and two of them can be modified to include a fourth bedroom.
