The Clara is the third newly completed model by London Bay in the Cabreo neighborhood, where only 23 villa homesites remain. With homes and homesites priced from the $800,000s, Cabreo includes lawn and landscape maintenance provided by the homeowners association.

Crown molding and millwork painted bright white accent volume ceilings, a design feature introduced in the foyer and living room.

The kitchen’s modern shaker-style cabinetry has a dark saddle brown finish and features lighted glass door displays in select areas. Quartz countertops in moonstone complement the color scheme, as does an urban putty-hued glass ceramic backsplash. The kitchen has an oversized island with double sink, dishwasher and peninsula for in-room dining. Stainless steel G.E. Monogram appliances include a dual-fuel six-burner range, wall oven, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator.
The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets, and its bathroom features his-and-her modern shaker-style cabinetry with a stone finish and autumn-toned Pompeii quartz countertops. The porcelain tile-clad shower is accented with crema marfil chair railing and has temperature controls. The master bath also has a separate soaking tub, linen closet and water closet.
The Clara’s two guestrooms offer walk-in closets and private full baths with bisque-finished cabinetry, autumn Giallo ornamental countertops, and a custom chair rail in showers.
