Designed by Peacock and Lewis, Phase I of The Club at Mediterra’s two-phase Clubhouse enhancement initiative was named recipient of two highly coveted awards.
Phase I included an expansion and enhancements to the Clubhouse’s outdoor dining areas, bar, and fire pit terrace. The Club at Mediterra was presented with the 2019 Sand Dollar Award in the Best Clubhouse category. Presented annually, the Sand Dollar Award is the highest accolade given by the Collier Building Industry Association’s (CBIA) Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). The Sand Dollar Awards are presented to member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades, and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence in Collier County. Earlier, Peacock and Lewis received the American Society of Interior Designers’ (ASID) 2019 Design Excellence Award for Outdoor Living Design for the Phase I project. Mediterra is located two miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples.
The recognition continued the community’s tradition of providing an award-winning living experience. CBIA has named Mediterra recipient of its Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year an unprecedented 11 times.
