Visitors to London Bay Homes’ Spring 2019 Model Home Showcase at Mediterra have been captivated not only by the four beautifully designed and furnished model residences that are being featured, but also by the award-winning homebuilder’s new floor plan choices in the community’s Cabreo and Lucarno neighborhoods.
Mediterra is a 1,697-acre gated community located two-miles north of Immokalee Road on Livingston Road in North Naples. Five new open-concept floor plan choices ranging from 2,894 to 3,048 square feet under air are available in Cabreo, a neighborhood that presents maintenance-free single-family luxury villas. Homesites on the neighborhood’s single-loaded streetscape measure 65 to 70 feet by approximately 145 feet and offer lake and nature preserve views. One of London Bay’s newest villa neighborhoods, Cabreo is situated adjacent to Mediterra’s landscaped walking trails and within comfortable walking distance of the community’s extravagant gardens.

London Bay’s Spring 2019 Model Home Showcase continues today from noon to 5:00 p.m. and will conclude next weekend when the featured models will be open for viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Four furnished models are being featured. Homesites showcasing water and preserve views are also available. Exotic vehicles from Naples Luxury Imports will be on display.
