Mediterra’s exclusive Club House is undergoing extensive renovations and improvements to enhance homeowners’ luxury experience. The completion of the first phase of the $8.9 million project in the spring has allowed construction to move forward to the second round of additions. Expected to be complete by Thanksgiving of 2014, Mediterra is excited to reveal the updated Club House.
Named as one of the top private clubs in the world by BoardRoom magazine, The Club at Mediterra is committed to providing an exceptional luxury experience. One of the most popular Mediterra amenities, The Club now offers additional al fresco seating options, a new outdoor fire pit and terrace, and a redesigned Grille Room. Reflecting residents’ preferences for al fresco dining and socializing, these additions allow homeowners to enjoy Naples’ incredible weather while spending quality time with friends and family.
“The Tavern and Terrace have become the place to linger over drinks with friends, watch the big game on the flat-screen TVs, and gather around the fire,” said Max Passino, membership director for the exclusive new home community. “It’s packed every night. They love the social atmosphere and the relaxed time to catch up with their friends.”
The Lounge and the Grille Room have also been revamped, featuring new, sophisticated interior designs. The Grille Room exudes a casual but elegant ambience with chic interior accents and bleach wood-paneled walls. The Lounge features distressed wood flooring and an added terrace for additional alfresco socializing.
The Club House is not the only Mediterra amenity to receive an upgrade. The Club will also be replacing the irrigation system, turf and bunkers on the South Course, one of Mediterra’s two championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio. It is expected to be a two-year project and upgrades on the North Course will commence once the project is completed. The ladies locker room is also being renovated and will have improved functionality and additional golf locker storage.
For those who love a quiet stroll along pristine white beaches, Mediterra provides the private, 10,000 square foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico. Complete with an elevated swimming pool, casual dining, and included beach chairs and umbrellas, everything necessary for a perfect day at the beach is available.
