According to the latest statistics from the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), Naples new homes are in high demand with primary and vacation residents alike. Luxury homes in particular are showing excellent growth as the overall economy improves. Check out these highlights from [NABOR’s February 2014](http://www.naplesarea.com/real-estate-news.asp) findings: - Closed sales rose 44% in the $2 million category over the past 12 months. This jump can be accounted to more buyers in the market seeking luxury homes and a rise in consumer confidence. - Overall inventory was down 15% at the end of February 2014 compared to the end of February 2013. Standing inventory is moving steadily now and prices are likely to continue their upward ascent as inventory decreases. - Another sign of increasing demand is the decrease in Days on Market by 44% between February 2013 and February 2014. Homes are on the market for less time and yet commanding a 14% increase in median price. ## **Now is a Great Time to Buy** With interest rates on the rise and demand strong, now is a great time to start your search for Naples homes for sale. Naples offers access to refined dining, entertainment, fitness activities and shopping.
